I can't drink but you CAN!
you didnt really think i’d date the old man did you? Nah.. not Jolie. We will remain friends. There is another guy lets call him E. He is making a hard push BUT after hearing about him. Its 3 strikes he’s out!
Strike 1: He is 29 and lives at home. (now he says he lives at home because his mom becameĀ disabled and he had to take care of her because his dad goes back and forth to Nigeria often but damn .. your almost 30!) He says that now that she is better and using a walker he will start his life again. He’s ex-army.
Strike 2: He works retail! (I know people are gonna call me a snob.. but oh well)
Strike 3: His phone is jacked up and he can’t hear on it too often when he calls me AND he said, ” i really wanna go out with you this week but something is wrong with my car and i’m on the bus and metro right now so if you could be patient I really wanna see you” Ughhhhhhhhhh as nice as he is.. I just can’t do it.
I know this may sound pretentious to some but OH the fugg well.
In other news.. I have a job interview for a good old gov’t job! yay stability… Which means that if I get it I might have to give up blogging
booooo !
I love this song for some reason gets me hype for the day! DISCLAIMER: I hate soulja boy but love this song!
woke up out my bedddd, turned my swag onnnnn, then I looked in the mirror and said, what’s up? Heyyyy I’m getting money, awwwww!
So whats up blog family! whats going on in your world? Do you think I’m being too hard on E?

I don’t get how grown men work retail. Unless it’s a PT gig.
You don’t think gov’t workers actually work do you? You’ll have more time then ever to blog. Good luck with the interview.

I see you a soulja boy fan too….. awww man.. What is the world coming to??? LOL..
I don’t know about dude… Did you mean his mom is disabled as opposed to his home???? As long as that’s the only reason he’s still there then I applaud him for helping with his mom.
But other than that I don’t know about giving dude a chance… It’s still kind of iffy…

30 year old working retail, riding the bus, and living with his mom? I don’t think you’re being pretentious at all for expecting more out of your potential man. Plus, he sounds like he can find drama fairly easily and that’s never a good sign.
Good luck on the interview.

Jolie I have to agree with Concern on that one. That all sounds like a recipe for disappointment and disaster.

@dave: the kinda govt job I hope to get will keep me under the nose of a politician in this area so .. I wont be able to blog. (thats all i can say in this open forum)
@80s: i hate soulja boy! but i like this song.. I applaude him for helping his mom but the rest of his life should be together and it isnt..
@offdwall: thanks.. sometimes i have to check myself. .but this time i think i am right!
@jada: YUP!

You’re dismissing a good man for living with helping his mother, after he has served his country, and for having a job?
Pretentious to say the least.

@blkbond: so me.. a director at a company should date this man. pick him up for the date since his car doesnt work. see him at odd hours.. because he’s in retail and doesnt have a normal 9-5… hmm ok. I’ll think about it.
